FOUNDERS
Ian J. Eddy, School District Administrator
With a passion for education stemming from a long rooted awareness for change, Ian J. Eddy is someone you want advocating for your child's education.
Ian believes that all children should have an academically rigorous education that is both engaging and critical. He is committed to charging a revolution in the public school system specifically those supporting urban neighborhoods.
It is his mission to reform the way our children are educated by changing educational institutions from the ground up. Ian became an educational leader to promote equity and to help students realize their full potential.
Ian graduated from California State University, Long Beach with his Bachelor's degree in History. He later went to pursue his Masters degrees in both Urban Education and Leadership, as well as Principal Leadership in Education at thee University of California, Los Angeles.
Kyle Webb, CFO of Webb Family Enterprises
CFO for Webb Family Enterprises (McDonald's Franchisee) and CEO of Webb Family Investments. Kyle is originally from Claremont, and the youngest of Reggie and Rene’ Webb’s 3 children. A radical expression of community, through service, inspires Kyle to spend much of his time training and motivating employees, and engaging children such that they may be able to fulfill their wildest dreams.
Serving as a Board member for Bright Prospect, the San Bernardino Community College District’s Economic Development and Corporate Training Foundation, Advisory Councils of the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House, and University of La Verne’s College of Business and Public Management.
Kyle graduated from Morehouse College, with a degree in Business Administration-Finance, then the University of Southern California with an MBA.
D. Bing Turner, M.Ph
After serving as an educator in South Los Angeles for a number of years, he co-founded, Heritage Education Group (HEG) with his brother in 2001. In between running HEG, Bing has simultaneously held several prestigious professional positions .including Country Director for USAID (Nigeria).
Bing is a proud graduate of Morehouse College with a degree in Education, with his Master's in Public Health from the Claremont Graduate School of Community and Global Health. Bing is a proud husband to Myisha Croom-Turner and father to his son, Myles.
Born and raised in Compton, CA, Bing is a community grounded public health professional, who courageously seeks opportunities to create systems, models, and programs that can provide access for those who have been disengaged or whom have been misrepresented.
Bing discovered his love of institution building community health, and education as a student at King Drew Magnet High School.
